Spain and Japan were 2 countries were rock'n'roll fans were served by local labels. New Rose gave license to Teichiku or Century (Japan), Munster records (Spain), Emergo (USA)... [hence some bands had (& still have) a real exite in Japan like Lolitas, Johnny Thunders, ...]

New Rose records was also distributor, and licensee, from english (4AD, Enigma) and american labels (Alex Chilton on Big Time, Real Kids on Star Rhythm, Alternative Tentacles, Bomp, ...), Restless, ...
